Woolworths NOT A CONSUMER FRIEND!!!

Even though I have paid my last dues in full (according to the PDA statement), my Debt Councilor struggles to get a settlement letter from Woolworths. <br> <br> For some strange reason they delay and delay... <br> <br> This is so frustrating! Furthermore, Woolworths does not respond at all to my emails (send to [Email Removed] where I provided them with proof of payment...<br> <br> Woolworths is definitely NOT A CONSUMER FRIEND! I read about many similar cases online.
