Woolworths Northcliff Food is a store to stay clear of if you want service or hygene.

I have just returned from trying to shop at woolworths Northcliff. The store only opened at 09.10 when the manager arrived. Staff members were still arriving at 09.20 when I left the store. The isles were congested with tolllies and staff members restocking the shelves. I asked one staff member where to find fresh salmon and was totally ignored - she walked away. when I found the "fresh" salmon there was one piece which was badly refrigerated and swimming in its own juices. Lord help whoever buys that and eats it. I spoke to the manager as I left (no name given or offered) but he was not interested ant too busy greeting staff that were still arriving. Very disappointed that this store is allowed to trade under the Woolworth food banner. The whole experience was upsetting.
