Woolworths_No Delivery for Online Order

We placed online order number o*** on 5 May 2020 reflecting a delivery date of 16 May 2020. To date the order has not been delivered to us. This is despite follow up requests being emailed to *** no one from Woolworths has had the courtesy to reply. I called *** on 27 May 2020 and the consultant apologised for the lack of service and promised that the delivery will be made sometime during the course of 27 May 2020 but this was no honoured. If there is a problem with the order, I would expect Woolworths to contact us to resolve it. However, they are remaining silent despite having taken the money for the order.
