Woolworths no customer care

Disappointed in Woolworths online Shopping. No email response and tried calling their customer care line but I held on too long and had to end the call. I ordered items online and not everything was delivered. I emailed their email address available online and called their customer care line no available online and I was unsuccessful. Woolworths always has such high standards. This is disappointing.
