Woolworths Nightmare!!!

I am having the worst experience with Woolworths and their Debt Review department.

I had an account with them which was subsequently handed over to Consumer Friend. The account has since been paid up, I have sent through paid up letters to their Debt Review department and yet I have received Zero response or acknowledgement.

This is proving to be a real frustration.
