Woolworths nightmare

<p>I purchased a shoe on the sale in December last year and after wearing it the 3rd time the stitching came loose on one shoe. I took it back and they sent it to the manufacturer. It came back last week and the store people said there is nothing they can do. I phoned customer care they didn't care at all. Told me to do what I want to but they can't help me. It's not about the shoe or money it's the principle. I have lost all respect for Woolworths and their so called caring attitude. </p>
