Woolworths nightmare!

I bought food on woolies dash on the 15th of October 2023. To date they haven't refunded me and keep telling me I must call FNB to check the transaction cause it was done with my virtual card. I did and FNB confirmed they can see the funds paid into their account but cannot see the refund or hold release.

2 weeks prior to that when they cancelled the order and they gave me vouchers to refund me because they knew I wouldn't get a refund. This has been ongoing and woolworthes is outright trying to ***** my money!
