Woolworths Newcastle Operations Manager Needs to have Customer Service or Fired

I have been a loyal customer for Woolworths for several years now, being in the shop every weekend, because we love fresh food, and Woolworths passion, I am an engineer and work around the country and been to most of the woolworths stores, but have recently peeved by your Operations Manager at the Newcastle Branch, i have been asking the packers for months where are the little apples, the green and sweet ones, this shop only has the red, i have asked the packers they said must ask the manager, so i have conformed the arrogant operations manager on a visit on the 23/12/2020. i asked the operations manager where are the green apples, his approach was not very pleasant, as if he is the owner of the shop, after a small passing of words, he pushes another manager that handled the situation in a better manner, My point this person only walks around and pays attention to the female customers, i have watched this person for a while, can you as woolworths deal with this person as he is making your store look bad,

I am so angry that i will not support this store and will tell all about my experience with this Person
