Woolworths Newcastle Mall

Why does Woolworths South Africa have double standards??? Why offer the customer the opportunity to return "unopened underwear" that's sold in SEALED BOXES and be told by the store it is not allowed. TAKE IT OFF YOUR POLICY!! I just wasted R600 on something bought for a family member and it being the incorrect size Woolworths does not want to return it.
