Woolworths negligence damaging my credit profile ...sad

The accounts department failed to allocate my acount payment made on my store card...at the store in springs mall...had to ask the store to print me the slip for payment ...and send it to them...further more they flagged my credit profile and said I'm one month in arrears.

So the negligence of the woolworths accounts department has suddenly became the customers problem and they are tarnishing my credit name for their negligence.

Very dissatisfied with the proffesional way they have dealt with the matter.
