woolworths needs to issue replacemet store cards on time

i tried to get a replacement store card over three months ago. was told it would not be issued at bayside due to the covid -19. it would be issued at canalwalk instead. i am still waiting. today i tried to explain to the one cashier. they will not allow me to use the temporary card, because it only lasts one month. i cannot keep going back yo get another one. i find it absolutlley ridiculous that i have to keep running around for a store card when it should have been issued already.
