Woolworths needs incompitent staff

Just went to Woolworths Mall of the South to collect my credit card and the staff there is very unprofessional. Waited for the person who is supposed to give me my credit card to no avail. Went to one of the cashiers and they told me they don't know where she is so I must leave.. That time I receiv ed a call from woolies asking me to come get it
