WOOLWORTHS NEEDS DELIVERANCE ............................................................ ohhhhhhhhhhh

I visited woolworths Mafikeng The crossing about 2 weeks ago, I was enticed by a voucher which clearly stated that it was for fashion, footwear and others. When I had to pay I was told that fashion was meant for ladies only excluding kids and men, while the advert did not specify that, it just stated FASHION. I inquired with the manager she told me that fashion meant for myself, I spend over a thousand which was not budgeted for, due to FALSE ADVERTISING.

Secondly, In August I made a double payment for September also, the payment was made in different days but same month. Today I received a disturbing SMS about the payment I had to do immediately, I then called the customer center. I talked to Andy, she confirmed that 2 separate payments were received in one month but they all fall under that month. She told me that you cannot make the payment in advance, how stupid is that. I am used to doing that with other stores I never had a hassle. What is the bottom line here? to get money from debtors or to HARASS THE POOR AND DAMPEN THEIR CREDIT SCORE I wonder how this shop operates they have just hired a bunch of *********** people. Shouldn't I be commended for keeping my account up to date and paying in advance, and for them to just shift the money and allocate it as per my installments is an inconvenience. Your client relations STINKS, I am so mad I regret ever opening an account with this shop.

1. Refund me my money so that I can make a payment for this month. 2. Credit me for the voucher that was not used by your cashier. 3. I will never pay double ever for WOOLWORTHS 4. As soon as I settle my account I will never buy from this store again. 5. Please stop harassing me with calls and emails about your specials, and options to increase my credit allocation. I am not happy to be your client and I would not recommend this store for anybody.
