WOOLWORTHS NEED TO SORT OUT THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT!!!!!

<p>I purchased goods to the value of R1654.67 on 13/08/2016 on my Woolworths card and settled the amount on 27/08/2016 but short paid by R0.20. I have just received an account from Woolworths charging me R3.62 which according to their account is 20% interest. I'm not sure who should go back to school because 20% interest on R0.20 is definitely NOT R3.62. Woolworths, I have been a client of yours for many years and when I buy from your store, I settle my account in full. PS. 20% interest on R0.20 by the way is R0.04. I suggest you get your accounts department in order</p> <p> </p>
