Woolworths N1 ****ty

I am extremely ashamed to work in retail right now. As someone who has spent many years over 7 years + I feel ashamed, disappointed and mainly I feel offended by the level of customer service that was displayed today. I was with my mother at n1 City Woolworths @14:47 today, as my mother got to the till the Cashier Gino displayed the most disrespectful attitude towards her... As my mother gave Gino her main account but it did not work.. My mother then gave her secondary card, however Gino displaying the most disrespectful attitude took my mother's ID and her secondary card and stormed off to customer service, humiliating my mother. All my mother tried to do was just to explain to him that my mother never had an account with Woolworths it was always my Father and he took out a secondary account for my mother in order to avoid him having to come to the shop. Both my parents have been veterans with Woolworths and even myself I have grown up with knowing the Quality of it, but clearly the Quality of customer services has DROPPED. As my mother has explained to me this is not the 1st time this has happened with this particular individual who is Gino it has happened before, my mother is so ashamed she didn't even want to speak or raise a concern or even bring it to the manager on duty attention. When Gino had come back all he could look for was authorization but only stating that his doing his job.. You tell me WOOLWORTHS WOULD A FEMALE GIVE YOU THE SECONDARY CARD WITH HER ID??? Explain that to me?!. The necessary internal process needs to be taken.. If there is no feed back I'll with have to take matters further as this is definitely a display of my mother not having her customer right act No. 6 right to fair and honest Dealing. In all honestly I think that he was trying to accuse my mother of *****.. Which is also defamation of character where steps will be taken as well. Please get back to me as this is not handled correctly and he did not have the decentcy to apologize for being that disrespectful.
