Woolworths My Rewards not rewarding with feedback

I send mails to Woolworth regards to me no longer receiving receiving vouchers as i My School Holder as i previously did(would get vouchers via text ect) After several responded mails on the 24th of Aug 2018 i send a mail regards to my query to ********** they responded immediately that this is a rewards query and i should send it to them which i did to ********** and ********** same day till to date no respond
