Woolworths My Difference makes little difference

The rating is for their My Difference rewards system. The app is regularly offline and repeatedly deletes ones nominated beneficiary and rewards. Spend is not recorded as a result and cannot be added after the event. So it really does not make a difference as its name implies. The call centre is virtually uncontactable and if one gets through one is met with many people talking at once and your voice not being heard
