Woolworths most pathetic online shopping service

Pathetic service for Woolworths online shopping!!! I ordered items on the 21st November. I tried following up on the 30th November where my items are. Numerous back and forths - I was told to be patient 30th November is the last day for my delivery to arrive/ told no someone will get back to me- and nobody got back to me. 1st December I call the online contact centre to find out where my goods are. I am just told my items have been misplaced and I can’t get them. What a waste of time! Worst part is nobody from Woolworths bothers to update me about my order. Patiently waiting for my refund...hope I don’t have to keep chasing them!!! Pathetic service really.
