Woolworths- money hungry

If I couldn't pay my late mother's discount settlement on her credit card with an amount of R37K in October, how can Woolworths offer another discount settlement of R58K??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

We are trying to do the right thing, we settled the clothing account. But Woolies has no empathy. I hope the NCR can assist.
