Woolworths ****ming “Device”

My son (based outside RSA) placed an online order. He gave an alternative name, address and contact for the delivery. The despatcher ignored this info, and still tried to contact and deliver to his own address. It was marked ABANDONED.

Tried contacting CALL CENTRE. Damn nightmare. Shunted from pillar to post, eventually cut off.

He is now out of pocket to the tune of R1232!!
