Woolworths ****ming customers

I placed an order on the 25th of April. Which dash refused to deliver. A refund was supposedly done on the same day to be cleared and appear in my bank account within 24 hours. It is the 8th of May and there's not a single cent in my account. I have been to the store three times already and I keep getting "check your bank account". Customer service is the worst in the country if not the world.
