Woolworths Meyersdal sells rotten food

I visited the store yesterday and purchased 2x 400g punnets of Strawberry's,got home and later that evening opened one and the one tray had mould on the Strawberry's and some were too ripe rotten,I could see the second punnet was also like the first so I did not open it,I called the customer care line to inform them and request a refund they refused,so now I paid R120 for 2 x punnets of rotten Strawberry's,is that fair???Will never support Woolworths food again!!
