Woolworths ****mers

I had a terrible experience with this shop. Firstly they failed to deliver my parcel, I then canceled since they weren't interested in delivering my items.... Made a cancelation on the 9th of April and to this day I haven't received my money. I am being told that I need to submit an ID copy. Bunch of ****mers!!!!!!
