Two tills open and very long customer que with trollies filled to the brim. When I approached a Woolies employee to ask the Manager to open more tills I received no response - only ignorance and a look of disgust. I then asked the Woolies employees at the tills to please arrange for more tills to be opened. Their response: nothing (again). When the customer behind me asked why only one till is open (2nd one for lesser items) the Woolies employee told the customer TWO tills are open, not one. Woolies - you miss the point - ALL tills should be open at least on a busy Saturday morning. Your employees need Customer Care training. Your employees are unfriendly, hostile, and lack proper customer service and communication skills. Pathetic service.
