Woolworths meat

I complaint to Woolworths Bedford centre about poor quality meat they supp**** me. I spoke to store manager who referred me to carlton in charge of butcher. I sent carlton picture of meat. He responded by saying he escalated the issue. Since 22nd I still await his response. He reads my messages with no response
