WOOLWORTHS MAPONYA IS DISGUSTING

I'm extremely disappointed the service we received at the Maponya Branch my dad app**** for a credit card and the application was approved, he was asked to send his statements of which he got and submitted at the Maponya mall, once my dad got to the mall he told by once of the ladies that the application expired, one of the agents then called my dad yesterday and told him that application is not expired he can come to the Mall with his documents , upon my dads arrival my dad did not find the agent, today my dad decided to go to the mall today and he was told that the statement is not sufficient, I'm extremely upset and mad as this is an old man WOOLWORTHS MAPONYA IS THE PITS.
