Woolworths Mall of the north

I would like to complain about the treatment im getting for the order that i have placed with Woolworths at Mall of the north .They called to tell me that the flavors of juice that i have order are out of stock then i told them that i ll wait for the new stock to arrive. They are telling me that they are going to cancel my order and i ll have to order again with normal price. How can i order again with the normal price while i ordered the Juice which were on sale .This treatment is unprofessional towards customers.
