Woolworths Mall Of Africa

Woolworths Mall of Africa has to have the worst restaurant from all other branches.. Their closing time is 19:30 however on 3 occasions I arrived at 19:05 to be told their kitchen is closed and they cannot server me a meal. Why is this the only restuarant this happens
