Woolworths Mall@ Reds service is a shame

Woolworths Mall@Reds service is a shameful, I went to the shop today to return school socks that I bought on Monday, the socks were not worn and were still in their packing, with the till slip. The reason for a return was because of the size. The manager Mabel Sehube refused to take the socks because the pack that they were wrapped in was torn and She said they were not in a sellable condition. I was shocked and this is not the service I expected from Woolworths,
