Woolworths mall@reds poor service

I am so disappointed by the poor service received at woolworths mall@reds. I asked for some beverages to be ordered in for me at their store as they had none in store. This was two weeks ago and I still have not received my order, instead I have been calling in to check and I have been handed over from one manger to the next with no results! Absolutely frustrating and disappointing - we shop with woolworths because of the trusted brand and the quality service BUT this has left a very awful taste in my mouth about the brand. Do better!!!
