Woolworths Mall@Carnival

Good Day,

I would like to urge Woolworths to train your staff more on their customer service. On two occasions, I have been served by Mashabela M Mashabela (as seen on the slip) from the Woolworths at Carnival Mall and all those encounters have been uncomfortable to say the least. She has very terrible customer service and does not even bother to pack the groceries correctly. We're all tired but that's no excuse to make other people's work/shopping experience unpleasant. Kindly prioritise customer service when training your staff.
