Woolworths makes dishonest statements to get you to take a credit card with them no free cofffee

So I recently app**** for a woolworths credit card as I was pestered by Woolworths and I was informed that one of the benefits is 2x free coffee or tea montly a voucher for a magazine among other benefits so I visited the Meyerdal Square Woolworths branch waited for about 10 mins no barrister at the coffee station then went to pay for my items I purchased then I was informed by the manager that the barrister is now available so after paying I went to the coffee station and asked the person working there how do I go about getting the free coffee with my woolworths black credit card,she then asked me from.where I wanted coffee...I was upset the manager and supervisor were called and they could not answer me how does the free coffee promotion monthly work and they called somewhere they as well did not know how this promotion works and then stardr that I should call woolworths financial services and I then left.Woolworths why are you such *****s that you promises 2 x free tea or coffee monthly and now you don't honor this and your staff even management don't know how this promotion works!
