Woolworths make customers wait

Many retailers do this : ensure customers have to wait in queues so that they are exposed to extra products in the goods isle and buy extra items.<br> <br> Woolworths is extra bad. <br> I believe they are given strict instructions that a teller may never be idle. <br> This results in late reaction times to add more tellers when necessary, and long queues always result.<br> <br> I'm not buying at woolworths anymore until they change their attitude to put the customer first, and extra profit second.
