1. Sometimes the cashiers greet and sometimes they don't (inconsistent service and customer experience) 2. Cashiers would talk to their colleagues with a customer at the till point and the que barely moving 3. The packing guys would not make an effort to assist nor move out of the way for customers as they replenish stock 4. Bottled water is barely kept in a fridge, mostly on shelves (room temperature) and Mahikeng is an extremely hot geography that requires cold water 5. The manager(s) also are not very helpful, accessible, or friendly
