Woolworths Magalies view Rustenburg. Terrible service from the manager. I went to buy items for our office as we do every week and when we got back I noticed that the 2 packets of sliced cheese was not there. Drove back just to ask if it's maybe still at the till. They just said no and that nothing was filled in, in the lost and found book. I asked can we please check the camera so that we can just see if it's been placed in the trolley and was told no they won't as they know that such a thing will never happen and we chose not to take a bag so he kept on saying that their customer policy states that they do not check cameras but if it was my cellphone he will have a look. I just asked to see the cameras so that I know it was not left or placed in the next customets bag per accident. He just refused to help. Very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. Very bad customer service.
