Woolworths - Lousy Service

On 14th March I bought a food item in which I found a piece of plastic. I photographed and emailed all the info to Customer Services on the 15th. To date I have still not had any feedback from them except to tell me that I will receive feedback on their FB page! I find this unacceptable!
