Woolworths - Look after Water Panic Buyers and neglect regular customers

For weeks now I have been trying to get a delivery slot for groceries. I spend a lot each month at Woolworths

The next delivery slot is 17 Feb...in 12 days time

I have logged lots of issues requesting a management call. I didn . get one voice mail. Lady asked me to inform them when they can call. Left no number
