Woolworths Longbeach Mall - management behaviour towards staff

As a staff member I had the worst experience whilst working there, which eventually led me to resigning. Management was unprofessional and when conflict arose they took a physical approach to resolving conflict which took place on the floor in front of customers. This manager's name is Theresa. It felt like I was at school, and on my first day of work I was asked by a supervisor to dye my hair a natural colour. As I was still young while working there, I was constantly looked down on and treated unfairly. They are said to be the difference but behind closed doors treat their staff very poorly and unprofessionally.
