Woolworths long queues and service
Long queues and customer service at Woolworths Stores.
1) I am a regular customer at Woolworths for many years.
2)Woolworths motto "You can't wait longer than five minutes "
3) Service level has declined. We are waiting in long queues a lot longer than five minutes.
4) Customers are taking their anger out on the store managers and staff which is unacceptable. This is now an UNPLEASANT shopping experience. Previously Woolworths has always been a pleasant shopping experience.
5) What has happened to the previous excellent service? Please wake up,and fix the problem immediately!

11 Feb 2026, 19:01Woolworths total lack of customer care and decency to respond to thei pathetic in-store customer service. So sad 😞. You can really see that customers are unimportant to Woolworths.
