Woolworths Lonehill - pathetic service

On 1 October at around 17h30, I went to Woolworths food store in Lonehill, Johannesburg.

I noticed whilst at the till that there were about 6 Woolworths employees standing next to the till that I was at, laughing and casually chatting, whilst MY DAUGHTER and the teller, were left to pack my purchases into the packets.

I then asked the teller to call the manager on duty. She just so happened to be in the group of 6, having “a party” leaving their customers to pack their own items.

When I brought the matter to her attention, her reply was “but that it not their job”.

I am utterly DISGUSTED with the service from this store. As I regular (3 – 4 times a week customer) this is not what I expect.

I spent over R1200, in return for pathetic service and even more pathetic response from the lazy, couldn’t-care-less manager on duty.
