Woolworths - Loch Logan. Attention: Viviene Hoffmeester

Woolworths Loch Logan - Bloemfontein. I would like to compliment the Manager, Viviene Hoffmeester on her excellent customer service. I forgot my brand new iPhone 8 in store on a bench. Unfortunetely only realised this after the shop was closed(public holiday). I honestly thought there is no way I will get it back. The next morning at 7:00AM, I phoned the shop. They only open at 8:30 but I guessed they have to be there early to clean. Viviene answered, ‘Yes Ms Fourie, I picked up your phone. All safe, you can fetch it from the store’. Viviene, you restored my faith in humanity. I can see your style of management reflecting on all other staff members. I love your store and I wish you all the best in the future!
