Woolworths Loan Sharks

I had/have a personal load with Woolworths that I have been paying monthly. During the 1st week of August 2022 I contacted Woolworths to enquire regarding the outstanding balance. I was informed that the loan was paid up and a refund is due. I still await the refund after more than a month.
