Woolworths Loan ********

I have withdraw money from my Woolworths loan. According to their system something went wrong. Now it is 7 days later and still I cannot withdraw money from my loan account. Every time I call them they have a different story. There call center employees are also clueless. Everyday I get the same answer: "The fund will be available tomorrow". Day 7 I still get the same story. The account is not in arrears, as a matter of fact there are more money in the loan account then the limit of the account. Now suddenly they do not want to give me my money back. Currently I seem them as money *******.
