Woolworths Loan app rejected

I recieved a mail from Woolworths offering me a chance to take out a personal loan,, i tried to apply and then half way threw they said my application was declined ,, with out a explanation, i would like to know why i can not get a loan i have a woolworths credit card already and i have good credit ,, this seems very unfair,, thank you
