Woolworths listed me on ITC for something i never had with them!!

I have been listed on ITC for something I apparently had with Woolworths. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TYPE OF CREDIT FACILITY with Woolworths. A couple of years ago MBD Attorney's called me for this exact debt with Woolworths, I requested them to send me the original documentation that I allegedly signed for and I am still waiting.

How can a company list you on ITC when you have told them you have never had anything with Woolworths? How can a company list you on ITC when you have requested them to send you the original signed document which they are unable to produce? This is utterly b*llsh#t as i am disputing this account and feel this has been done **********ly on my name!!!
