Woolworths lines and system not working

The online service for woolies is bad. I have phoned them telling them that I am not able to see the discount going off on the system. Now I wanted to order I am having challenges tried to phone and also email the line keeps on getting dropped off!!!!.

This is very frustrating for well trusted brand like woolies
