woolworths lie on their adverts!

they are *******! sent me an online voucher and said I get free delivery, but then i need to first pay for the delivery and claim it back! just nothing happened about it when I tried to claim it back! maybe just hoped I would forget about it. . when i do phone they tell me i had to read the T&C, but after i do go check T&C about free delivery and there was nothing said about the 3 days. worst online experience i have had! if you want to do business woolworths, get the basics right. don't lie on your adverts!
