Woolworths Lichtenburg, first off all the shelves are empty even no gifting area to buy a simple birthday card or a giftbag. Come to the grocery line to pay a basket full of groceries only two tellers open with a shopping line that stands in the food isle, after waiting 15 minutes and asking for some Woolworths staff to help to receive ignorance from a worker named Thabo and then opening a teller who can not receive cash. Why not? after waiting 20 minutes and finally getting to the till, the lady at the till cant show me the total on the electronic board because she doesn't know how, had to call someone to show her how to do her job. Asking for the supervisor to give a complaint, no one could tell us where Rachel is. Woolworths Lichtenburg always was a top shop in a community with so little recourse, I'm very disappointed in the 'new Woolworths'
