Woolworths Liberty Promenade

Good day, Yesterday at Woolworths Liberty Promenade, my experience was disappointing. Arrived just after 10: 00AM to buy the 2x Chicken Special, only to find the chicken wasn’t ready. Despite arriving early, I was told to wait an additional 3 hours. Requested to pay in advance and collect later as I had other errands. The request was denied without a valid explanation from both the staff and manager. Woolworths Welgemoed location offer superior service, I was visiting a friend a friend at the hospital and this really put a damper on my mood for the week ahead. It’s unacceptable to keep customers. Poor service should not be the standard, regardless of location. Preparations should be made earlier. The branch manager and the team should reflect on how they treat customers. I refuse to stay silent, and this issue must be addressed.
