Woolworths Ladysmith KZN - Inconsiderate
In all honesty I do hope I get some feedback from Woolworths here because emailing their customer service is completely hopeless - more than 48 hours and still no response, this after I got a automated email saying someone will contact you shortly - how long is shortly according to Woolworths? 3 days? 4 days? 2weeks?
Anyways, let me get to my point. Woolworths keeps excellent quality school shoes, no argument - this is why we support Woolworths.
However it is extremely careless / inconsiderate of Woolworths Ladysmith KZN to only keep brown school shoes for girls and for small boys, when the know very well that Monument Primary School learners has to wear brown school shoes. Do they not know Monument Primary School has boys in their senior side also who also need to wear school shoes?
This is not the first year that I am experiencing this, last year and the year before that we had the exact same issue.
Yes, I am aware that I can purchase this online. But why must I do this if we have a Woolworths in Ladysmith and they KNOW the learners in the school in Ladysmith needs these shoes????
My problem is last week my son's shoe's fit, with no problem - this week his shoes is too small.
So for convenience sake I was planning on walking into Woolworths Ladysmith KZN and walking out with a pair of Brown Boys School Shoes.
Just to find out that two years later they still don't keep it.
I wonder if you can imagine the disappointment on my son's face when I told him, sorry - Woolworths in Ladysmith don't have any shoes for you, they only keep shoes for girls and for small boys. My son was in tears, because he was fearing he will be in trouble for not having school shoes (which actually fits him)
I don't think there is anyone or anyone's children that likes wearing shoes that hurt them all day long!
